Villa Belvedere extends over the view of the whole Gulf of Castellammare. In fact, the name of the villa emphasizes the privileged position of the villa which also benefits from its exclusive location on the hills of Mount Teleffio, the peak that overhangs Castellammare del Golfo and the green beauty of the typical Mediterranean vegetation.
The location of Villa Belvedere offers a unique panorama where the blue colour of the sea and the sky melt into one another on the horizon. The villa, surrounded by a very well-maintained garden is distributed on various levels and is accessed through a large, airy living room with panoramic windows onto the spectacular sea view. There are four bedrooms, two with queen size bed and two singles. The sea-view can be enjoyed also from the master bedroom which is characterised by a fireplace and the panoramic windows. There are three bathrooms at the disposal of the guests.
The kitchen is equipped with different household appliances and accessories, utensils and cutlery. Outside, beside the spacious terraces and different corners there is also a barbeque for cooking outdoors and alfresco dining. There is a parking area available. There is also a splendid swimming pool which creates a most attractive atmosphere at the villa.
The great position of Villa Belvedere gives the possibility to visit different sightseeing and archeological sites such as Palermo, Castellammare del Golfo (2km), Scopello (5km), Segesta, Erice, Selinunte, Marsala and Agrigento. The nature reserve park Lo Zingaro with its marvellous bays and Mediterranean vegetation is about 8km away. It is also possible to practice various water sports such as swimming, diving and sailing in the crystal-clear waters. Distance from Palermo International Airport is approximately 40km, and 45km from Trapani airport.
