Villa del Barone is a lovely countryside house located on a knoll that overtops the Gulf of Castellammare, in the quiet area of Fraginesi just 6 km from the ancient Baglio of Scopello and the famous Faraglioni.
Villa del Barone is structured on 2 floors. You may access it from an external staircase that leads to a sheltered veranda that offers to the guests the possibility of staying in comfort. From here you access in the living room characterised by two wide windows that offer to the guest a wonderful view of the surrounding panorama and make the room bright and welcoming.
In the higher part of the house there is the swimming pool. Its position gives the guests the opportunity of enjoying a charming sea view. Here the look loses itself in the warm colors of the Mediterranean countryside until immersing in the blue sea that on the horizon seems to melt into the sky.
The solarium is equipped with sun chairs and umbrella.
A comfortable external kitchen equipped with BBQ and typical wood stove is at client's disposal that can organize funny barbecue in the open air.
The kitchen is furnished in a rural style that takes up the old rustic tradition and equipped with all the necessary.
A little corridor leads to the sleeping area made up of one double bedroom and one twin. The bathroom is with shower.
A further double bedroom with private bathroom is situated in the lower floor.
