Villa Giulia is a lovely countryside house located on a knoll that overtops the Gulf of Castellammare, in the quiet area of Fraginesi just 6 km from the ancient Baglio of Scopello and the famous Faraglioni.
Villa Giulia is structured on 2 floors. You may access the house from a sheltered veranda where the guests can relax and enjoy the wonderful view of the surrounding countryside that on the horizon plunges into the blue sea. From here you access in the kitchen-living, a wide room furnished in rustic style according Sicilian tradition, a fusion of rustic furniture and coloured majolica that make the room warm and cosy.
Guests are assisted 24 hours a day.
On the first floor there are also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
In the lower floor there are three bedrooms, one double and two twins and a further bathroom with shower.
The swimming pool embellishes the structure, offering the guests the opportunity of refreshing them selves up during the hottest days or organizing pool party.
The solarium is equipped with lawn chairs, beach umbrella and an external shower.
Villa Giulia is 6 km from Castellammare del Golfo, a lovely tourist centre where it is possible to find all the main services like bank, post office, restaurants, shops, bar and clubs ect.
