Villa Nicole is a typical and charming countryside house located in the territory of Fraginesi, in the hinterland of Scopello.
Villa Nicole is built on a single floor. You may access it from a sheltered veranda that leads to the living room, that is chic and well-groomed. Thanks to the warm colours of this room, the comfortable sofas and the fireplace, the atmosphere appears warm and welcoming. The kitchen is accessed off the corner from here and is fully furnished and equipped for all your culinary needs.
The sleeping area is made up of two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. All the rooms are furnished with attention to detail. The bathroom has a shower.
The house has two big sheltered verandas that are equipped with garden furniture and allow the guests to live the external spaces in total privacy and comfortably. In the veranda on the back of the house there is the BBQ where you can organize lovely barbecues with your family and friends.
The swimming pool is located in the garden. The solarium is equipped with lawn chairs and umbrella to make your stay more comfortable.
From the swimming pool you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside that with its luxuriant green makes the location a peaceful and relaxing place.
Near the main structure there is the dependence with a double bedroom with private bathroom.
