Fonticchio di Sopra is a large stone farmhouse boasting spectacular views and total privacy. The house is set high above the Niccone Valley in extensive grounds with a large irregular shaped pool.
The house has been partly refurbished in 2008 to include all new bathrooms, a gym and a second sitting room with pool table and LCD TV with Sky Multivision.
Downstairs is a well-equipped kitchen leading onto the large dining room. There is one double bedroom, a twin bedded room and a shower room/WC.
The "annexe" contains a shower room with washing machine and the gym room to the front with a large arched doorway opening onto the garden. At the back is the pool/TV room with 2 double sofa beds.
Upstairs is a spacious sitting room with sofa and double sofa bed, TV and stereo; opening onto a large loggia overlooking the garden and pool, the loggia seats 12 comfortably for outside dining. There are steps from the loggia to the pool area. There are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and shower, a bedroom with bunk beds and a further shower room/WC.
The pool area has sun loungers and there are tables and chairs for outside dining, there is a table tennis table and double carport. The garden around the house and pool has lawns, mature trees, shrubs and flowers and the grounds rise extensively through olives and woodland.
Fonticchio di Sopra is at the end of a well-maintained 2.5km gravel road. It is a 15 minute drive to the villages of Mercatale and Lisciano Niccone. The gym contains a multi-gym, rowing machine, eliptical cross-trainer, punch bag and free weights. Weekly Prices for 2011
