Sampai Jumpa Lagi
Have you ever dreamt of sailing around the oceans of South East Asia on a Thailand liveaboard dive boat and gliding with the majestic manta rays or graceful whale sharks of the Similan and Surin Islands? Have you ever been encircled by huge shoals of giant barracuda, the friendly batfish that follow you throughout the entire dive, or fusiliers that dart back and forth before your very own eyes? What about swimming side by side with the curious Similan and Surin Island turtles that come to visit our boat?
Sailing is one of the best ways to witness the beauty that Thailand, Malaysia and Burma have to offer, as they combined have thousands of kilometers of coastlines, hundreds of islands to visit and more than a dozen marine parks. M/Y Vasco travels to places such as the renowned Tubbataha Reefs National Park, and Cagayancillo Islands in the Sulu sea, as well as Apo Reef-Coron, which is famous for its wreck diving.
For non-divers, the Apo Reef-Coron Route provides a full day of activities and sight-seeing tours. One can spend the day on a deserted beach, by an upland lake or snorkelling the spectacular clear-water shallow reefs around Apo Mayor Island and Coron.
Hike up to an inland lake and see for yourself why Kayangan has been awarded the Country’s Cleanest Lake two years in a row. Both divers and non-divers will appreciate a soak at the Maquinit Hot–Springs at the end of a busy day.
Other places of interest include the remnants of an ancient Leprosarium in Culion; a visit to the Jesuit-run Immaculate Conception Church; marvel at the view found at an old Spanish Fort – and more.

Aggressor Fleet liveaboards are designed for people who want to dive as much as possible since live-aboards are out on the water day and night. These specialized yachts provide access to remote areas not serviced by most land-based dive operators. There are no long commutes back to shore-based facilities or the lugging of heavy dive gear that land-based divers must contend with. Land-based non-diving activities such as shopping, restaurants, night clubs and land tours are typically incorporated into the vacation before or after the dive charter.

We are pleased to inform you that Extra Divers Worldwide will take over the vessel “Liburan Paradise” from 01.04.2014 onwards! We decided to pick up the idea of exploring the unknown area of South Halmahera with live aboard trips and present a unique chance to offer unspoilt dive sites! We will be operating around Halmahera on our live aboard ship with the permission to explore the whole area!
For those who do not know Halmahera: it belongs to the North Moluccas, neighbor areas are Sulawesi and Raja Ampat! This should explain why we are so proud to present it!
Liburan Paradise” is built in 2011, a steel yacht with 35m length and 8m width. 2 engines and a huge compressor station including Nitrox are the base of a trustful operating dive ship. It is made for divers; everything is there to match divers´ desires. A good working ship, no useless luxury is found.
A huge dive platform, 2 fibreglass skiffs for the divers and enough space for the gear are found at the dive deck. The dining room is spacious; fullboard is served as buffet. 4 double and 2 single cabins in the lower deck, 2 Master cabins on the main deck and the Premium cabin on the sun deck offer place for 16 guests, for a full charter we can even offer 18 beds, using the upper bunks in the single cabin
The diving area of Liburan Paradise is based upon the little divers accessible areas of the North Moluccas: Halmahera. The Turns usually begin in Ternate, a few start off in Manado and reach the areas Halmahera the next morning. The area of Halmahera stretches over 399 islands and has hardly ever been touched by divers. Some of the dives are as a result, still real exploration dives. In this area there are breathtaking cliffs and overhangs that are overgrown. The magnificent diversity of the coral belongs to a large number of sea creatures such as the blue ring octopus, snails and crabs. If you are lucky you might even bump into a hard-to-find Epaulette or even Mantas.
