Thankfully most of the time it’s good and often we see customers returning year after year to help us book their holidays, which must be a sign we’re doing something right. We got this lovely letter a few days ago which our customer said he was happy for us to share….

Dear Shona,

Maggie and I have just got back from our two-week holiday in the States, and I want to thank you very warmly not only for making the trip possible but arranging what was an absolutely faultless itinerary.  As you know there was a lot riding on the holiday because it was my present to Maggie to mark her seventieth birthday – and there were so many things that could have gone wrong!  But everything went like clockwork, including the car hire and the train booking.  Moreover, your choice of hotels was excellent.  Even the Royal Sonesta in New Orleans, though smack-dab in the middle of Bourbon Street with its crowds of revellers, gave us a room that was an oasis of quiet.  So I just wanted you to know how much we appreciated your efficient arrangements, and you can be sure that if any of our friends are looking for a similarly good holiday we will know exactly whom we should direct them to!
