The Eilat Bird Festival is hosted each Spring at the peak of the migration period in Eilat, on the Red Sea, with tours throughout Israel’s southern regions, including the Arava, the Eilat Mountains, the Negev and the Dead Sea.

The Eilat Birds Festival is hosted by the Israel Ornithological Center and is designed to bring together birders from the world over for an unforgettable week of birds, migration and nature during the peak of spring migration.

The festival is a week long event that includes day and night bird watching tours to all the best sites in southern Israel, many bird related activities, presentations, talks and more.

Packages include accommodation, your choice of several free fully guided tours daily and evening activities. Past festivals hosted hundreds of birdwatchers from all over Europe and the US that enjoyed a host of real rarities, including extreme vagrants and many memorable migration days.
