Diving with Seastar Watersports Aqaba

Dive into a magical world of exotic fish and corals. The Sea Star Dive Centre, based at the Alcazar hotel offers a full range of PADI training courses as well as guided dives to the shore accessible sites of this region. The Ceder Pride wreck lies from 9 – 27 metres so it can be explored even by the least expert of divers.

Established in 1988 we are Jordan's first PADI 5-Star Instructor Development Centre (S2500), with the only Jordanian PADI Course Director.

For recreational diving, we make two dive trips daily, morning and afternoon each departing from Club Murjan. It is also possible to make "lunchtime" dives on one Murjan's House Reefs... Shore diving gives you that extra flexibility, especially if travelling with non-divers. You are not fixed to a boat departure time, but can relax at the Club and dive from there. Full briefings with detailed maps are given before each dive, which are available afterwards on the computer, to fully log your dive. At no extra charge, all dives are escorted by DiveMasters.

Seastar equipment consists of well-known brand names (AP Valves "Buddy" BCD's + Beuchat Regs, Beaver Wet Suits) and all is meticulously maintained. On-site lock-up cages mean you can store all your equipment with peace of mind. We take our diving responsibilities pretty seriously here at Seastar, but fun is also the name of the game Seastar Aqaba aims to combine a professional standard of instruction and recreational diving in a casual and relaxed atmosphere.
