Isrotel Agamim ****

The Hotel Agamim, meaning “lakes” in Hebrew takes its name from the magnificent swimming pool (heated in winter) that lies at the centre of the hotels landscaped gardens. It's three streams run along the hotel's guest wings and guests staying in the deck rooms can enter the water from their private wooden terraces and swim to the central pool.

All the rooms have balconies and sleep 2 adults and 1 child; family rooms have a lounge and 2 bathrooms and sleep 2 adults and 2 children. Briza, the main dining room serves buffet style meals and breakfast till midday. There is also a children's pool, a well equipped fitness room, wet and dry sauna and spa. The hotel is located near the North Beach area, a short distance away from the resort's promenades and beaches. This is a lovely hotel for those who want to unwind and relax, amidst soothing and uplifting surroundings.

Diving

Eilat is known as the Underwater Classroom of the world. It is a perfect resort in which to learn to dive or to further your diving education as most of the sites are easily accessible. Eilat is fantastic in the diversity of its diving environment from comfortable shallow coral gardens to drift dives and wall dives. Wreck and night diving will enhance your diving experience. A 1/2 day trip to the Japanese gardens is worthwhile. The name is derived from the table corals growing there reminiscent of Japanese Pagodas. The more adventurous diver may want to take a days boat trip to Coral Island, just over the border in Egypt. Aqua Sport will provide you with drinks and a delicious barbeque lunch on board.

Aqua Sport’s 5 star PADI & BSAC Centre is set right on Coral Beach. This unique centre is internationally renowned for its extremely high standards both in and out of the water.
