'Baglio Buccellato' is a typical Sicilian construction (old farmyard), located at Scopello, just 1000m away from the ancient Tonnara and the Faraglioni that characterise the local coastline. Even though the property has been completely restructured, it has still conserved the characteristics of the 'Baglio'. Today it has been transformed into an elegant residence with the possibility of receiving up to 8 persons. The property is completely integrated with the territory, characterised by the Mediterranean vegetation and the amazing sea view.
You enter through a typical gate that leads to the inner courtyard of the Baglio, from where you have access to the different units. The Baglio is structured on two levels, ground floor and first floor. The ground floor is composed of a big living room, characterised by an arc that separates it from the kitchen. Two large windows give out onto the inner courtyard, with water well and beautiful vegetation, all completed with the magnificent sea view.
You reach the first floor where you have three double bedrooms with queen sized bed, two of them with balcony. The fourth bedroom is a double with twin beds. There aretwo bathrooms with shower. Moreover, there is one laundry room. The sleeping area and the rooms are all luminous and spacious with traditional ceilings.
The location of Baglio Buccellato provides the possibility of visiting various places of interest like the National Park dello Zingaro at Scopello, a nature reserve park with beautiful Mediterranean landscape and transparent sea waters. The nice position gives the possbility to visit different sightseeing and archeological sites such as Palermo, Segesta, Erice, Selinunte, Marsala, Agrigento. The nearest little city is Castellammare del Golfo, distant approximately 5km, with all services such as banks, supermarkets and shops.
The Baglio is approximately 45km away from Palermo International Airport and 35km from Trapani airport.
