Villa Bianca is located in the Scopello area about 120m from the sea of the Cala Bianca (white cove), and at about 3km from the Park dello Zingaro, a nature reserve which fascinates with the unlimited beauty of its Mediterranean landscape and its transparent waters. The crystal sea are inviting to practice various water sports such as swimming, diving, sailing etc.

The International Airport of Palermo and Trapani airport are both about 45km away, while the nearest city where shopping can be done and the necessary services found is Castellammare del Golfo at about 5km.

The villa has been designed according to the local authentic style of buildings using natural materials that give the rustic certain features of elegance. Inside, the house is accessed through an open plan living room characterised by large windows where the sunrise and sunsight can be seen, where the sun seems to be emerging from the sea. Strong emotions are provoked observing the downs from the perfection of the surrounding nature.

The living room is furnished in a simple manner with comfortable and elegant furniture. The colours used are moerated but solar at the same time. Beside the dinign area there is a well structured kitchen corner with characteristic majolica and provided with various household utensils and equipment. An additional little stairway in the living room goes up to a corner suitable for reading or conversation. There are three bedrooms, two of them are double with queen sized bed and another double with bunk beds. They are well furnished with comfortable wardrobes. There are two bathrooms.

Villa Bianca is provided with air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher. In the spacious garden outside there is a little swimming pool (3.60m x 1.85m) with hydro-massage that offers another possibility for recreation and relaxation only a few metres away from the sea. In another corner of the garden there is a barbeque with trellis and table for pleasant refreshments and grills in the open. Parking area available. The good position of Villa Bianca gives the possibility of visiting different sightseeing and archeological sites such as Palermo, Castellammare del Golfo, Segesta, the medieval town of Erice, Selinunte, Marsala and Agrigento.
