Villa Luisa is a lovely and attractive holiday home, located in the territory of Franginesi at about 3km from the city of Castellammare del Golfo, where different services such as bank, post, medical centre and supermarkets are available. The tourist village of Scopello, famous with its fishery traditions and antique thermal balneology centre and the nearest beach of Guidaloca are about 3km away. At about 3km away as well is located the nature reserve park Lo Zingaro with its marvellous bays and Mediterranean vegetation. The crystal sea waters are inviting you to practice various water sports such as sailing, diving, swimming etc.

The villa is organised on the ground floor and it is accessed through a verana. The living room is furnished very comfortably and functionally with wood furniture, Sat TV and various decorative objects representing the Sicilian style in art. To mention is the specific area intended for kitchen and built in typical local majolica ceramics. The kitchen is provided with the necessary cutlery and utensils as well as fridge, stove, oven, toaster etc. From the living room there is a corridor leading to the night zone, consisting of three bedrooms, one double with queen sized bed and two twin bedded rooms. The bedrooms are spacious and elegant. The adjacent bath is with shower and a washing machine is available too.

Villa Luisa has two verandas, one anterior and one posterior where can be enjoyed pleasant moments of relaxation or dining outside. The villa is surrounded by a very well maintained garden flourishing with different Mediterranean plants that create a very special environment. A parking area is available inside the gate. The nice position of Villa Luisa gives the possibility of visiting different sightseeing and archeological sites such as Palermo, Castellammare del Golfo, Scopello, Segesta, Erice, Selinunte, Marsala and Agrigento. The villa is at about 45km from Palermo's International AIrport, and about 45km from Trapani airport.
