Villa Renata is located over Guidaloca Bay, in the region of Castellammare del Golfo, only 180m from the beach with its pristine, turquoise water. The property is approximately 4km from the town of Castellammare del Golfo with all public services as well as lovely Sicilian handicrafts on sale. It is 2km away from Scopello, named 'Cetaria' in the past by the ancient people settled there, a town well known for its nice beach, spectacular cliffs emerging from the sea, and for tuna fishing! Scopello has a bank and post offices, an Emergency Room, and many bars, pizzerias and restaurants where guests can enjoy typical Sicilian dishes. Also, only 3km away there is the nature reserve 'Park dello Zingaro' (Gypsy's Park) with its marvellous bays and Mediterranean vegetation. The crystal sea waters are perfect for various water sports such as swimming, diving and sailing.
One enters the villa through the living room which is distributed on two levels with a cosy interior enhanced by a fireplace and comfortable couches. The elegant dining room is adjacent to the large and well-equipped kitchen. The property has three bedrooms: two double queen bedded rooms, one of which is with air-conditioning and lovely sea view, and one twin bedded room. There is also a bathroom with tub and shower.
The house is surrounded by a large covered veranda with panoramic sea view, perfect for lunch and enjoying the exquisite landscape. In the garden there is a barbeque with a small kitchen, perfect for outdoor meals and laundry. Parking area inside the courtyard.
The good position of Villa Renta makes it possible to visit different sightseeing and archeological sites such as Palermo, Castellammare del Golfo, Scopello, Segesta, Erice, Selinunte, Marsala and Agrigento. The villa is at about 45km from Palermo's International airport, and about 45km from Trapani airport.
