It is also near the nature reserve park Lo Zingaro, and its proximity to the sea makes various water activites possible such as swimming, diving and sailing. The villa has several attractive features such as anterior and posterior verandas, a well maintained garden, a kitchen built in local majolica ceramics and satellite TV.
