VILLA PATRIZIA

A Villa with 4 apartments on the hillside overlooking Castellammare del Golfo, a quiet seaside town. One of the apartments is occupied by the owner’s family. They respect the total privacy of their guests though they are always available for any requests. A couple of km away there is the lovely marina of Castellammare with its fine restaurants and bars where you can taste typical Sicilian specialities. All Apartments have private entrance and terrace and have the use of the villa’s swimming pool.

Melograno, Villa Patrizia

Accommodates 2 + child
Melograno is a private little studio cottage facing the courtyard covered with wonderful bougainvillea. It has a lovely private veranda overlooking the swimming pool. It consists of one large room: living/dining/kitchen with queen size sofa bed, a small room with a single bed, a small bathroom with shower.

Edera, Villa Patrizia

Accommodates 4
On the ground floor facing Melograno. From the courtyard you enter directly into the large living/dining/kitchen room. There is 1 double room, 1 room with bunk beds and bathroom with shower. In the living room the double sofa bed can accommodate one adult or 2 children. The terrace overlooks the swimming pool and is furnished with table and chairs, a perfect setting for dining outside.

Bougainvillea, Villa Patrizia

Accommodates 6+2
Apartment on the 2nd floor with private entrance. It is well furnished with all comforts. There is a living room with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double room with ensuite bathroom, one double bedroom, one twin room and a bathroom with bath and shower.
