VILLA PATRIZIA
A Villa with 4 apartments on the hillside overlooking Castellammare del Golfo, a quiet seaside town. One of the apartments is occupied by the owner's family - they are always available for any requests but respect the total privacy of their guests. A few kilometres away is the lovely marina of Castellammare with its fine restaurants and bars with typical Sicilian specialities. All Apartments have private entrances and terraces and have the use of the villa's swimming pool.
Melograno, Villa Patrizia

Melograno is a private little studio cottage facing the courtyard covered with wonderful
bougainvillea. It has a lovely private veranda overlooking the swimming
pool. It consists of one large room: living/dining/kitchen with queen
size sofa bed, a small room with a single bed and a small bathroom with
shower.

with bunk beds and bathroom with shower. In the living room the double
sofa bed can accommodate one adult or 2 children. The terrace overlooks
the swimming pool and is furnished with table and chairs, a perfect setting
for dinner outside.
