approximately 500m from the beach. Surrounded

by an elegant and spacious veranda with outside

furniture, the villa has a beautiful garden and also

a swimming pool. Terrassini offers its visitors all

kinds of services and restaurants, as well as

shopping until late in the evening as the shops stay

open late in summer. There are three bedrooms,

two double and one twin.

Perla is a lovely villa located in the Terrasini area,

at about 10km from the International Airport of Palermo

and about 30km from Palermo downtown. The villa

overhangs the fantastic coastline bathed in the crystal

waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Indeed, the villa has

direct access to the sea reachable through a little path

going down to the bay below. Perla sul Mare is surrounded

by a large veranda that permits total privacy whilst using

the outdoor facilities, such as the pool area with outdoor

showers, and the external kitchen with barbeque.
