Villa Chiara is a lovely cottage located on a knoll that overlooks the Gulf of Castellammare. It is situated in the territory of Fraginesi, just 6 km from the ancient Baglio di Scopello and its famous Faraglioni.

You may access the house through a sheltered veranda where the guests can stay in total relax and enjoy the breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside that on the horizon plunges into the blue sea. From here you access in the kitchen-living, a welcoming and spacious room. The furniture reflects part the rustic style, part the modern ones with decorations that embellish the context.

The swimming pool embellishes the structure, offering the guests the opportunity of refreshing them selves up during the hottest days or organizing pool party.

The solarium is equipped with lawn chairs, beach umbrella and an external shower.

Near the veranda we can find the external kitchen and the BBQ that allow you to live comfortably the external spaces.

The sleeping area is made up of 2 bedrooms : one double and one with twin beds where if necessary it is possible to add a further bed. The bedrooms, furnished with attention to details, are comfortable and spacious.

The single bathroom is brightly coloured and is with shower.
