Villa Rosada is located in the area of Scopello about 1 km from the sea, Baia di Guidaloca and about 2km from the charming village of Scopello and the Lo Zingaro National Park. This park is captivating and beautiful, surrounded by Mediterranean landscapes and transparent crystal clear waters.
Palermo International Airport is 40km. The nearest village is Castellemare del Golfo, a charming working town with some good fish restaurants, a small marina and a golden sandy beach. A well stocked supermarket is about 100 metres from the villa.
The villa itself includes an open plan living room with comfortable and elegant furniture. In the dining area there is a well equipped kitchen corner decorated with traditional majolica ceramics. There are two bedrooms, one with a double queen size bed and the other with double bunk beds, and a bathroom with shower. The villa is surrounded by a veranda with table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful landscape and has an outside kitchen with barbeque for those al fresco dining evenings. There is also a swimming pool that measures 6 x 8 metres.
