Villa Rosada is located in the area of Scopello about 1 km from the sea, Baia di Guidaloca and about 2km from the charming village of Scopello and the Lo Zingaro National Park. This park fascinates with the beauty of its Mediterranean landscape and transparency of its crystal clear waters.

Palermo International Airport is 40km. The nearest village where you can shop and find all necessary services such as Bank, Post Office etc is Castellemare del Golfo, a charming ‘working’ town with some good fish restaurants, a small marina and a good golden sand beach. A well stocked supermarket is about 100metres from the villa.

Inside the villa there is an open plan living room with comfortable and elegant furniture. In the dining area there is a well equipped kitchen angle decorated with characteristic Majolica. There are two bedrooms, one with a double queen size bed and the other is a double with bunk beds. There is a bathroom with shower. The villa is surrounded by a veranda with table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful landscape and has an outside kitchen with barbeque for those al freso dining evenings. There is also a swimming pool that measures 6 x 8 metres.
