Teverina BassaCasa Adriano Casa Adriano has an ideal location. It is quite private but not isolated as there are other houses on the hillside. It is just a few minutes from the road through the Niccone valley close to the commercial vineyard which has an excellent restaurant.
It is a traditional farmhouse of the area, beautifully restored with ground floor doors opening out on to the garden and a wide terrace on the upper level - the original entrance to the old farmhouse.
There are two floors: on the ground floor are a sitting room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The sitting room has two sets of French windows making it a light and spacious room with a sofa and comfortable chairs and a traditional fireplace. The dining room has a long table with eight chairs and a fireplace. The kitchen has a four ring gas cooking surface, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator with freezer compartment. The house is on a slight slope with the sitting room (TV, DVD player) on the lower side and the kitchen on the higher side and a few steps between. The stair to the upper floor is from the dining room.
Upper floor: a small entrance hall from the terrace door leads to two attractive double bedrooms, two bathrooms - one with tub and shower attachment, the other with a shower. There is also a bedroom with three single beds. On the western side of the house is a covered veranda or terrace looking on to the garden with fig and olive trees.
The
pool is 12 metres by 6 metres with roman steps. Weekly prices for 2009
