Teverina BassaCasa Primula Casa Primula is situated on a hillside high above the picturesque Tuscan castle of Pierle. From the house and pool are wonderful views of the surrounding hills and mountainsides and down to the ruined ivy clad castle. From Pierle it is a 1.5 km drive up a good gravel road to the house. The house has its own drive and is completely private. It is not isolated as there are groups of houses scattered along the road. A 4 bedroom house, to sleep up to 9 has been created out of a large farmhouse, part of which remains unrestored. The front door opens into a large living room the front half of which is a sitting area with sofas and armchairs and satellite TV. The far end is a dining room with long dining table and leads into the kitchen which has plenty of storage space, a dishwasher, large 5 ring gas hob, oven and large fridge freezer. The kitchen opens out onto a back courtyard with a barbecue and outside wood oven. An out-house here contains a laundry room with a washing machine. Also downstairs are 2 double bedrooms, one with French windows onto the lawn and a shower room with WC and basin. Upstairs are there is another shower room and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and another with 3 single beds. Outside is a lawned area and teraccing with steps down to the pool. Around the house are several tables and plenty of chairs for outside dining. The pool is 10x5m, paved all around and furnished with sunloungers, umbrellas and a table. Weekly Prices for 2010
