Teverina BassaIl Chiesino With 3 bedrooms that sleep 6, Il Chiesino is a charming country house with pool in a secluded position with magnificent views of two valleys. It is usually approached from the beautiful Niccone valley where Mercatale di Cortona and Lisciano Niccone are just fifteen to twenty minutes away. There is a small village even nearer in the other valley where a spectacular road goes over the mountains to Cortona in the west and drops gently to the upper Tiber valley in the east. There is excellent access by tarmac road almost to the house. Facilities: Downstairs is a kitchen (dishwasher) with dining area; a good size living room with sofas and a twin bedroom with wardrobes; a conservatory with opening glass sides and tables and chairs; a downstairs bathroom (with shower, wc and basin and washing machine). This bathroom can also be accessed from outside. The sitting room has a fireplace (wood) and there is central heating (extra charge). Upstairs are 2 large double bedrooms, one with a study area. There is another shower room, wc. The pool is 8m diameter (circular) set in a lawn near the house, great views of two valleys from the garden. The house has a lot of land including woodland.
