On a dominating site above the village of Mercatale di Cortona. It is three kilometres from the centre of the village - on a part asphalt, part gravel road (good quality). Magnificent views of Tuscan and Umbrian hills and mountains.
Three apartments in two
small houses, completely private. Simply set up but good kitchens
. No dishwashers, but good size fridges, ovens and gas hobs.
Each apartment has a shower room with toilet, basin and bidet. The furnishings are new or antique. Each apartment also has satellite TV. |

Sopra
Sleeps 3 to 5 in 2 bedrooms. 5 or 6 stairs up to small loggia (room for one chair). Door opening into large kitchen with open fireplace in one corner.
From this room doors off to shower room/w.c, bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe . Large double room with wardrobe and extra sofabed - great views.

Casa del Monte Sotto
is directly below Casa del Monte Sopra but with its own entrance
on the other side of the building. It has a living room with kitchen
area and a sofabed and a double bedroom. Own patio area.

Casa del Monte Capanna
Sleeps 2-3 in one bedroom. Door into kitchen with modern appliances
and kitchen table and chairs and sofa bed for one person. Doorway
leads to shower room/w.c and double bedroom which has a bed and
a wardrobe.
Pool is 6x12m paved all round with tremendous views over the surrounding countryside, valleys and opposite hillside.
There are steps into the pool at one corner. Nearby is an outside oven and barbecue area.
Just below the pool is a shower room/w.c and the house for washing machine.

All properties
Bed linen and towels provided but not pool towels.
£200 booking deposit per week, or half rental if less - rest within
six weeks of departure.
Heating if needed is an extra charge paid to the owner.
