Teverina Bassa

Sommavilla A superb estate on the hillside of the Niccone Valley set in wooded hills with views of ancient castles. Exclusive to the rented property are extensive lawned meadows and a superb large pool (14 by 17 metres) in a completly fenced area with great views of castles and mountains. Rented as one place it can take up to eighteen guests. The organic farm, well away from the rented areas, has a shop/ restaurant in the valley where the road to the house meets the valley road and guests can have meals there at 10% discount.
The Farmhouse The Farmhouse is very spacious and comfortable. It is the upper floor of the building with four bedrooms:2 single beds, 2 single beds, 1 double, 3 single beds and 2 bathrooms. Big living room with sitting area (satellite TV), big traditional farmhouse dining table and a fully equipped kitchen(with dishwasher-the washing machine is in an out building).
The Cantina The Cantina is the lower part of the main building with a superb vaulted ceiling and it own wide covered terrace and garden. There is a separate bathroom and kitchen but the rest is one big space which can be divided by full length curtains. At the back is a big bedroom area with double bed, the middle part has a quality sofabed and the area near the terrace is a sitting and dining area. An extra single bed is also available. The kitchen is simple but complete and the bathroom has a shower.
Casa Ragazzi Casa Ragazzi is a separate house about fifty metres from the main building with its own fenced lawned garden. Living room/kitchen with traditional fireplace; two bedrooms both with a double and a single bed. The bathroom has a shower. Very good quality house with plenty of space.
Pool The pool is 14 by 7 metres and is a fenced area away from the houses with a view looking down on a Tuscan castle in the Florentine style.

Prices include bed linen and towels but not pool towels.

£400 booking deposit per week, or half rental if less - rest within six weeks of departure.

Heating if needed is an extra charge paid to the owner.
